Japanese Western Red Cedar Bath
The design of our bath is based on the Japanese-style but with modifications to make them more comfortable: a sloping back at 15 degrees and a softened edge to rest your head. Some people do prefer the traditional, straight back, which is also available.
The most popular model is 1610mm long and is made from 40mm Western Red Cedar which has a very high resin content, providing a natural anti-bacterial capability.
Our baths are available with stools and cedar covers, wine glass holders, shelves, faucets and steps.
We don't use any silicone or sealants on our timber, keeping them free from chemicals and prolonging the life of your bath.
We can build a bath to dimensions that suit your needs and space.
